Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply only to Lustrim ready-stock wholesale products shown or offered through our wholesale website, wholesale account area, or written communication with our team.

These terms do not apply to custom development, OEM projects, ODM projects, tooling, mold charges, sample development, private-label development, or made-to-order production unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

2. Wholesale Account Approval

Wholesale access is available to approved business buyers. When you submit a wholesale application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to apply on behalf of your company, store, brand, or organization.

Lustrim may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke wholesale access at its discretion, including where an application is incomplete, cannot be verified, appears unsuitable for wholesale purchasing, or conflicts with our business policy.

3. Product Availability

Ready-stock products are subject to availability. Stock levels, finishes, colors, packaging, quantities, and product details may change without prior notice.

A product shown on the website or added to cart is not reserved until your order is reviewed and confirmed by Lustrim. If an item is unavailable or partially available, we may contact you to adjust the order, suggest alternatives, or cancel the unavailable part.

4. Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities

Wholesale pricing may vary by product, quantity tier, finish, material, order volume, and account status. Prices shown online are for ready-stock wholesale reference and may be updated at any time.

Minimum order quantities, pack quantities, and quantity tiers may apply. Final pricing, quantity, and availability are subject to confirmation before payment or shipment.

5. Order Review and Confirmation

Submitting a wholesale order request does not automatically create a final order. Lustrim may review the order for stock availability, buyer eligibility, shipping details, payment status, and any unusual or incomplete information.

A wholesale order is confirmed only when Lustrim accepts the order in writing, issues an invoice, confirms payment instructions, or otherwise confirms the order by email or account notice.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be provided with the invoice or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be paid before shipment.

Bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping method, freight cost, delivery address, and delivery schedule will be confirmed after order review. Any delivery time provided is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any customs clearance, import documentation, duties, taxes, or local delivery requirements in the destination country.

8. Product Inspection and Claims

Please inspect products promptly after delivery. If you believe products are missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days after receipt with order details, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

We will review eligible claims and may offer replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution at our discretion. Claims caused by incorrect buyer information, misuse, improper storage, installation, modification, or normal variation may not be accepted.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Ready-stock wholesale orders are prepared for business purchase and may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded after confirmation unless approved by Lustrim in writing.

Approved returns must be unused, unaltered, and in suitable packaging. Shipping costs and related fees for approved returns may be the buyer's responsibility unless the return is caused by our confirmed error.

10. Resale and Brand Use

Approved wholesale buyers may resell purchased ready-stock products through their own legitimate business channels. Wholesale access does not grant any right to use Lustrim trademarks, product photos, website content, or brand materials without written permission.

Buyers must not use Lustrim products, images, or information in a misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized manner.

11. Website Terms and Privacy

Your use of the Lustrim website is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By submitting a wholesale application or wholesale order request, you agree that Lustrim may use the information you provide to review your application, communicate with you, process orders, and manage wholesale account access.

12. Changes to Wholesale Terms

Lustrim may update these Wholesale Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of wholesale access after updates are posted means you accept the updated terms.
